Missing pdf bills

I had thought that older bills would be available, so had not bothered to download them. I now understand that older bills only go back 15 months.

I understand from this message that it is possible to get bills older than 15 months in an Excel format although not in PDF.

Could you please provide the information from June 2022 to March 2024.

@Kulath Thank you for taking the time to contact us on our Community Forum, I hope you are well.

Please note, we are also able to view bills within a 15 months range, I appreciate that on the post highlighted someone was advised that we could, however, the post is a few years old and we've had a change in process and systems since.

I sincerely apologise that this is not the outcome hope for and sympathise, I assure you I have taken into consideration any possible alternatives before coming up to this conclusion.

You may be able to obtain the information you require if you make a DSAR (Data Subject Access Request) to Plusnet as I believe companies have to keep records for at least 6 years.
