    <description>&lt;P&gt;I joined Plusnet around the middle of March and was promised an £80 voucher as a new customer on joining. I have looked through every email sent my account from Plusnet and there's no mention of how to access it either there or on Plusnet's website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can we have some help in getting this sorted since this was what was advertised and promised for us joining Plusnet, and not some other broadband provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your time&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I am genuinely sorry to hear you have not received your reward card as planned, I have looked into this and found that your account was amongst the ones affected by an incident we had in April/May.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have now contacted the escalation team with your details and I am awaiting for feedback to be provided to me, as soon as they come back to me I will be back in touch with you, this can take up to 5 working days though.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the meantime, I want to assure you that the offer is applied to the account and we will do everything to endeavour the expectation set with you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
