75 pound reward card

I signed up to plusnet full fibre 500 on 26th may with my activation date being 30th may. When signing up to the broadband part of the deal was a £75 reward card, however I have not received an email or any confirmation of this since I signed up. When will I be receiving this? Thanks

Is there nothing in the sign-up documentation / emails?

Notification is typically 30 days after go live, that is around the time of the first regular invoice settlement.

Normally, you should receive the email up to 10 days after you go live. As today is day 10, I will check back tomorrow to see if it has been sent out if not, I can get this escalated for you.
