Unable to access webspace

Been unable to access webspace for about four weeks now. I'd like to at least get access to the FTP to get the files so I can set up elsewhere

Question 247367015 was closed without resolving, and promised follow up never happened. Can you guys help?

Back end just gives an FTP error. Front end gives "Not Authorized to View This Page [CFN #0004]"

Should have a wordpress site!

Is this CGI webspace? Looking at the ticket, I think there might be an assumption it’s not.

I think it's the standard one- at least that is where the domain is assigned. It's a very old consumer account where the webspace was included. I do have CGI webspace on my account, but don't seem to have a login for it.

Are you saying there's a Wordpress site installed on the webspace in question? If so, it won't be the standard offering as it doesn't support server side scripting.
