Where do I get the gift card code? I registered but I didn't receive a code.

@AliReza Thank you for taking the time to contact us on our Community Forum, I hope you are well.

I am writing to let you know that I have sent a chase up to our Rewards escalation team, as soon as they provide me with an answer I will be back in touch with you, as an indication they generally respond within 5 working days, however, as there is a Bank Holiday in the middle, it may take an extra day.

You sent me the gift card and I registered it and I sent a message before to get the code but you didn't give me any answer.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received a code to activate your reward card. Unfortunately, once the reward card has been claimed, we are unable to assist with activation. However, you can contact Blackhawk at 0344 800 6435 for support, and they should be able to help with the code.
