&lt;P&gt;I am writing to let you know that I have sent a chase up to our Rewards escalation team, as soon as they provide me with an answer I will be back in touch with you, as an indication they generally respond within 5 working days, however, as there is a Bank Holiday in the middle, it may take an extra day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
