So let me get this straight: you tell me that you're going to jump my bill up to £65 if I don't renew my contract. I then renew my contract as you asked. And two months later you go ahead and charge me the £65 anyway? And you lock my account saying 'You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress.' That's awfully convenient for you to delay your own handling of the renewal for so long just so you can steal from me, isn't it?

Refund me and apologise. Now.

It's likely your renewal has got "stuck" in the system and the re contact change has not happened, unfortunately resulting in the standard product charge of £65.

No one is thieving your money, it is likely system or human error.

Hopefully I staff member will be along soon to assist, in the meantime can you please take the offensive P word out of the thread title

This is no way to address support staff or any staff for that matter. If this is your manner then I wouldn't expect much help from anyone in any business. In many years I have found Plusnet staff pleasant and helpful. Please treat them with the respect they deserve.
