      <title>Rewards Card - No Email</title>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I joined Plusnet on March 13th, with activation occurring on the 18th. Since then, enough time has passed and I have yet to receive any email referencing my reward card that was offered when I signed up.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can someone please chase this up for me?</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm thinking of complaining to the ASA over the online advert on sign up promising a reward card&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Yeah it’s pretty poor, I understand issues happening, but at such a consistent volume over a period of time and no fix has been implemented? &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can only hope that a staff member swings by my thread to look into it for me. Does anyone know another route to get this looked at?</description>
