&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear that you have not received your reward card yet, I have raised this with our Rewards Escalation team to check what has gone wrong with these accounts, we did have an incident last month where reward cards were not sent out and there are some accounts that may have slipped through the net.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As soon as I have a response from the escalation team I will contact you to let you know what's happening, this can take up to 5 working days, in the meantime to put your mind at ease, I can confirm that the offer is applied to the accounts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I still have not received an email for my&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;£100&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;reward card.       <description>&lt;P&gt;We're in exactly the same situation, our service started on 18th March, absolutely nothing about the £100 voucher that was made such a big splash about on front page the website! What happens next? Surely this is false advertising to secure customers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
