Hello, can someone contact me aboout chnaging my plan. I can't see a way to get in touch that is not phone and I can not call at work from my desk, an email or live chat would be better - please can you help.

Won't happen. You need to use CHAT, and surely you can phone during lunch

Thank you for your recent message. In order to change your plan we would need to speak to you over the phone, alternatively you can do so via the plusnet member centre.
