Contacted plusnet they said a final email would be sent with bill but received an email this morning from them with an open ticket to return old router when I go to respond to ticket by clicking the link it brings me to login to account page.<BR />I usually get my bill on 2nd of every month. I know I've been overcharged. Anyone else had this?
