    <description>&lt;P&gt;My contract ran out on May 1st and for many monts I have been unable to make any changes - renew, change etc as it says this in the account:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;H1&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/H1&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;"Somethings gone wrong.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please wait until we’ve finished updating your broadband service before making another change."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It also says something about an order, but I haven't made any orders or been able to. According to a thread online another plusnet user had the same message and a reply from Plusnet stated:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's just a request we will fill on our end to remove the in-progress banner on the account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just done this for you so you can make any changes you need, should see that complete within the next 24 hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Give it a try tomorrow after 1:30ish and see if it allows you to look at the contract options.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards, Lex".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looks like Plusnet needs to do something their end so I can make changes in my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anybody from plusnet able to clarify?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Hasn't been sorted yet, I've only just raised it. That was from another plusnet user who raised the same issue a year ago, their issue was resolved apparently.I'm waiting for plusnet to look into mine and fix it. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
