My contract ended May 1st - unable to make any changes

My contract ran out on May 1st and for many monts I have been unable to make any changes - renew, change etc as it says this in the account:

"Somethings gone wrong.

Please wait until we’ve finished updating your broadband service before making another change."

It also says something about an order, but I haven't made any orders or been able to. According to a thread online another plusnet user had the same message and a reply from Plusnet stated:

It's just a request we will fill on our end to remove the in-progress banner on the account.

Just done this for you so you can make any changes you need, should see that complete within the next 24 hours.

Give it a try tomorrow after 1:30ish and see if it allows you to look at the contract options.

Looks like Plusnet needs to do something their end so I can make changes in my account.

Anybody from plusnet able to clarify?

Lex is a Plusnet staff member as much as i am, i can confirm that he raised this issue for you and we've had confirmation it should be resolved.

Could you confirm this has been sorted from your end too please?

Hi,

Hasn't been sorted yet, I've only just raised it. That was from another plusnet user who raised the same issue a year ago, their issue was resolved apparently.I'm waiting for plusnet to look into mine and fix it. Thanks

I have reviewed the account and raised a request to our Operations team for it to be resolved. The typical response time for this type of request is up to five working days. Once I receive an update, I will send you an email.
