      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Signed up for Plusnet in March and service has now been live for over a month. Up to now I haven't had any emails or postal delivery through from Plusnet or Purecard with my reward or how to claim for it.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Its 3 weeks since I first posted about not receiving any contact about the Plusnet rewards, and I'm still waiting.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The only contact I've received from Plusnet is my monthly bill with the date my direct debt will be taken from my account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It seems that they're quit active in taking your money, but not to pro-active about parting with it!&lt;/P&gt;
