    <description>Hey guys,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Firstly, I should say this is a problem of my own making and miscalculation bills in regards to payday!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've hit day 14 of overdue so my services have been restricted. I've attempted to call the number it gives me in my account as I'd like to ask to see if they can possibly give me an extension for 3 days until payday. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The number says that they are closed, presumably for bank holiday Monday?&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone know what I can do to contact someone at this point? &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I know EE and BT their parent company are open and available today as my partner works for them.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Note - I've tried ringing the standard plusnet number and get a message saying they don't recognize my phone number so can't connect me. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any help would be much appreciated, thanks &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.plus.net/html/@104CD63F9302A50EF5EC70FE32BB8AA1/images/emoticons/smiley.gif" alt="Smiley" title="Smiley" /&gt;</description>
