I was supposed to get an email with 10 working days and didn't. Apparently there has been an internal issue which the people on your reward card line know nothing about. The rewards card team have no information on me and my account has been active since 17th March. As you have clearly broken your terms and conditions I wish to leave plusnet and i don't want to pay the early exit fee. I would call but each time I try your agents magically disconnect the call. You got me on plusnet by using false advertising, put it right or get me off your record.
