Sadly, I have to also report not receiving the email within 10 working days of activating FTTP on 11th March, for claiming the Reward Card. Nothing in my spam box.

(fwiw, I appear to have two Plusnet broadband accounts. The 'former' broadband account (to 2023) which still seems to exist may be linked to this forum user account. The new broadband account has a very similar broadband username but with 2025 tagged on)

Received my Reward Card email this morning just 3 days short of one month since returning to Plusnet.

I clicked on the link within the email and filled in the requested details, email, username and address known to Plusnet.

Final.

Received Reward card and instructions to activate it. About 8 days after following instructions to apply for the Reward Card.

Tomorrow will be 5 weeks since returning to Plusnet.
