We identified an issue with the reward cashback offer where:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;"&lt;SPAN style="color:inherit;"&gt;6971 accounts have been affected by INC03349528 and as a result have not received their claim email/cashback reward.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:inherit;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:inherit;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;The fix has been implemented:&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:inherit;"&gt;A cleanup is now underway and accounts that have not received their email/reward will have their data resubmitted to Blackhawk.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:inherit;"&gt;The customer data will be sent in batches and this will be happening throughout this week due to the large volume of accounts that have been affected.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:inherit;"&gt;We appreciate that this has been a long process, and we apologise for any inconvenience that has caused, please rest assured that we have been working tirelessly to implement a solution as quickly and efficiently as possible to ensure the best outcome for each affected account."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
