      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, I hope you can help with this:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I get this message every time&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;I try and view my account, and am unable to look at my upgrade options.&amp;nbsp; After a google I saw that others were able to get the problem fixed by reporting it here. If you could take a look I would appreciate it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
