Contract renewal

My contract renewal is now approaching.

I presently pay £32.36 per month for the 300Mb service.

My renewal offer is £34.99 per month rising to £37.99 from 31st March.

However, new customers are offered £28.99 per month rising to £31.99 from 31st March, a saving of £5.00 per month.

How do I negotiate a reduction? I am deaf.

When it comes to contract negotiation, we have two options: you can either check out the renewal deals online in our member center or give us a call.

I recommend giving us a call because we can often be more flexible over the phone. However, I understand that since you mentioned you’re deaf, calling might not be easy for you.

There’s a service called Relay UK that can assist you, not just with us but with any company you need to contact. You can find more information about Relay UK here.

To be fair to Marsh, the system we use to reply to forum posts auto-corrects to American spellings all the time.

Either that or Marsh is secretly American

Why don't you autocorrect to British English?

I am aware young(er) people want to be American though.

Possibly becuse the system was developed by an American company and they believe there is only one 'english' , theirs!😀

Ended up charging me £31.99 with an increase of speed to 500 Mb.
