      <description>Hi, can anyone tell me why I’ve not been able to log in to plusnet since well before Christmas. I can’t even do a change password in case that’s what’s wrong as it just says restart page and try again. I’m getting very frustrated now as I’d like to see when my contract is finishing and also to look at my past bills.&lt;BR /&gt;Any help would be gratefully received</description>

&lt;P&gt;A few ideas -&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;are you able to try using a different web browser ?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;perhaps attempt to log in while in browser "&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;incognito&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;" or "&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;private window&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;" mode ?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;have you selected the correct "&lt;STRONG&gt;Provider&lt;/STRONG&gt;" from the drop-down list ?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;the password is case sensitive - so use the '&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;Show&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;' to reveal the hidden text while entering&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;if you are '&lt;EM&gt;pasting&lt;/EM&gt;' the username or password entries, ensure there are no stray spaces before or after&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It might be worth checking if you have any Ad-Blocker software installed, usually part of your web browser. If so, try turning it off.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I use Firefox, (on Linux Mint OS), with Malwarebytes add-on and there are a number of different sites that I can no longer log in to without deactivating at least part of it.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;FWIW I have no issue logging in using an iPhone on 18.2.1 - if does seem sluggish and does not display my contract details (an account issue) but it certainly logs in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;iPhone 18.3 Safari&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;- no problems.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Being historically a F9 customer I have to remember to change provider from Plusnet to Force9.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
