Hi There,

I've previously paid for a static IP address on my account, as far as I understand I should still be receiving this? I appear to be on a sticky ip at best.

I’ve resolved the situation for you. Please reboot your router, and the static IP should be applied.

Many thanks for that. That appears to be working now. I asked previously for the Rdns of this to be set to whelpton.uk as well, is there any chance you can reset that as well for the new ip?

@kwhelpton I've sent you an email and put a ticket on your account regarding your request. Can i kindly ask that you update your 'A' record to point towards your new static IP, otherwise our netops team wont be able to complete the task I've raised.
