Customer Service Phone not answering

Hi All,

I wanted to renew my contract so I went to the website and received an error message directing me to the customer service with a phone number.

I have been trying to reach out to the customer service however no luck and only says this line is closed. I thought Plusnet had 7/24 365 days open lines? I do not know how I can contact with them. Has anyone experienced the same issue?

What number are you dialling?

I always called, (I have left PN now), 0800 432 0200

Yes it was this number and tried again and managed to speak with them it is sorted now thanks!

Support lines have not been 24/7 for some time. Hours are 8am to 8pm, see here (bottom of page) https://www.plus.net/contact-us/

Thank you for your recent post.

I am sorry you have been having issues with reaching us to renew your contract. You can renew via the online member centre or by calling us on 0800 013 2632. The opening hours for the sales/retentions team are Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 7pm and Sunday 9am to 6pm.
