Hi,
How do I find out my termination fee?
I have 16 months left of a 24 month contract at £26.99 per month. Thanks

An approximate figure will be 16 x ££26.99 = £431. There will be a minor adjustment downwards but only few pounds or so per month. The best way to get an accurate figure is to ring Plusnet and select the "Thinking of leaving" option which will take you to the Customer Options Team (COT) who deal with such issues. Their direct line used to be 0800 013 2632, but I am not sure that is still correct.
