&lt;P&gt;Yeah, you should absolutely be able to do it online, I have figured out what's causing this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The product change in progress banner on your account appears to be stuck.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have sent for this to be resolved, once this has cleared you will be able to make the changes from your end again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;These requests are handled within 5 working days.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
