      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, the Plusnet accounts system is a shambles. Support monitors this forum when they can between their main phone duties, maybe Twitter is similar? In either case I suggest you phone them and start the complaints process. Remember you have only 14 days to cancel a new install so don't hang about. Have your password etc ready.&lt;/P&gt;
