I rang the customer advice line and was told this was a mistake and that it was too late to remove from my bill for July but that it would be removed from my August bill. However I just received my August bill and it is £52.26. It looks like the £6.43 was removed but that none of the usual discounts were. I am due to be charged on the 27th August.<BR /><BR />Please can this be looked into as this has now happened twice and it’s getting a little annoying having to keep chasing this up.<BR /><BR />Thanks,<BR />Marie. When does your contract expire? It sounds as if you have been reverted to full rate, as happens if contract is not renewed.
