Is customer services not open on Sunday as it says Monday -Sunday 8-8 but every time I phone up today all I get is we are closed

We can't help with that, but I doubt that can be done today anyway as there is only a skeleton staff over the weekend.

I have a vague recollection that if an account is in failed billing, then calling from the account phone number will get redirected to billing, which is of course closed at the weekend.

OR am I mistaken ?
