Hi,

I signed up to plusnet 18.2.24 and went live with full fibre 300 on 04.3.24 . when I signed up it said that I could receive up to £100 on a reward card. I haven't received any emails or information regarding this (I took a screenshot though). Does any one have any information regarding this?

Have you checked your spam folder?
These reward emails do tend to drop into the spam folder.
If not then it may need a big stick to poke a staff member. The rewards email tends to follow about 10 days after activation.

How do I go about asking a staff member? I can't find any way to contact them.

Hi, I was told that I'd receive a reward card within 30 days of my account going active on 10.04.24 but still received nothing.

Hi @Phoenixepl We don't send the cards automatically as they have to be claimed via email. If you check you should have had an email to claim it within the first 10 days after the account went live. - Adam

I've had a deeper look into this for you and I've checked the promo you signed up for and it doesn't show that a reward card was included. Do you have an email confirmation when you first signed up to confirm that it was part of the deal?

Hang on. It was the PN sales agent that told me over the phone that I would get a reward card. This is starting to smell fishy.

From what I can gather, you get an email within 30 after going live confirming details of the reward card.

Action advised I have checked over this with the billing team and they have come back to us saying the promocode it was signed up under didn't have cashback attached.

I'm really sorry but the offer you see online is conditional based on a few factors such as the cost and contract lench and technology type. With the up to a whopping £100 cashback promotion, it takes you to a list of products and deals that you can get. Some of which have the advertised £100 cashback, some have a lower amount and others have no cashback at all. It depends on the factors I mentioned and makes it clear which ones have got it and how much the cashback is for. The option you chose didn't have cashback and didn't mention it on the deal's page after you put in your postcode.
