I have made a application for plusnet services on 2 APR 2024. but until now they said they cannot search my acc application but you have already deducted my money of 35.99. i have asked the cs about the situation. they said i have used the same account e mail to apply the service but they cannot search my contract and they have agreed the cancel the contract. I have made another account to join plusnet. but you havent refund my previous one!!!!!!!!!!

how come you deducted my money and not provided me fund. What a shame.

Hi there, I'm really sorry about this. How long ago was the first payment taken?

I ask as in that situation our systems should automatically refund you within 72 hours.

I applied at 2 April 2024. And i have checked my bank account until now no refund
