The Plusnet accounting computer seems to me to have lost the plot!</P> <P>A PN bill shows three main heading, two charges etc. and a total</P> <P><STRONG>Monthly charges</STRONG>: + <STRONG>Other Items</STRONG>: = <STRONG>Outstanding balance</STRONG>:</P> <P>In this instance, the values for my bill are shown as: £8.16 + £0.00 = £8.16</P> <P>That is, all the effective charges are in the <STRONG>Monthly charges</STRONG> heading.
