Bill at renewal

I have received a bll for £39.07 for 24th Feb 2024 - 23rd Mar 2024 my new contract states it should be 23.49 starting from 23/02/2024. I am strugging to understand this. Is it wrong?

Plusnet’s rates go up every March, so I assume part of your bill hike is due to that (from 1 Mar). You’d need to log in and see the breakdown for the rest.

I phoned customer support and I am getting £13 back. I have no idea why the bill was wrong in the first place.
