      <title>Phone Fault Compensation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My home phone went off on 19 December 2023 and was reported to Plusnet on the same day. &amp;nbsp;There was no dial tone and phone calls could not be made in or out. &amp;nbsp;The fault was resolved on 30 December 2023. &amp;nbsp;I have checked my bill and have been credited with £9.33. &amp;nbsp;I understand from reading the Ts &amp;amp; Cs that I should receive £9.33 for each day after the first two working days that my service isn’t fixed. &amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;How do I go about getting my account updated with the correct compensation?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
