Obtain Access Line ID and Broadband Circuit Service ID?

Hi, being I have two broadband services at my address that come over the same physical drop line, a Zen SoGEA based one and a legacy Plusnet broadband service with a traditional landline, I would like to request my "Access Line ID" and "Broadband Circuit Service ID" for the line that supplies my Plusnet Broadband and phone service, so I can take note of it and record it down.

How do I obtain this info?

I phoned up and asked for mine, it had the cs agent stumped to start with but they found it out for me.

Given that this question is increasingly going to come up again and AGAIN and AGAIN, and EVERY TIME waste both customer's time asking and support staff's time finding out, I really don't understand why Plusnet don't show the ALID and BBEU in the customer's "Member Centre" - as they already do for landline telephone number.

I asked Zen for mine with them the other day, they came back with just my Zen username and PPPoE password.

Frustrating as I now have to go back to them and ask again and clarify what I want.

Also raises the question of what is the difference between the "Access Line ID" and the "Broadband Circuit Service ID" or are they the same thing?

Just obtained my BBEU number from Plusnet.

Question is, is the BBEU number the same thing as the "Access Line ID" or "Broadband Circuit Service ID"?

The BTW Broadband Performance Test <Additional Diagnostic> page shows

BBEU as "Broadband Service ID", which I assume is the same as "Broadband Circuit Service ID"

Choosing the "Access Line ID (ALID)" option shows that the expected number format is different than that for BBEU -
