Missing referral bonus

Hi.

I signed up as a new customer on 21st November to a FTTP contract. As soon as signed up I provided my referral link to someone who signed up on 22nd November. Neither of us has anything showing in our accounts to show that the referral bonus has been made active. Can someone please take a look and check why it is not showing?

@seabass1966 the person who you referred wont see anything in their account. You SHOULD see a referral from them in your account provided they quoted your username when they signed up!.

Does anything show there ?

Hi Chris,

I've taken a look at this for you and I can see that the referral is applied.

You should see the credit come off the bill that's produced after their first regular bill is paid.

I hope this makes sense, let me know if there are any issues.

Thank you also for that referral link. Maybe I am going blind but I couldn't find the link to see existing referrals within the referrals page

@seabass1966 you're not, it isnt that easy to find!. Once you have an active referral then you will see a summary from the 'Refer a friend' tab in the member centre. To get the details link , goto the Referrals Faq at the bottom of that page https://www.plus.net/help/my-account/earn-money-with-referrals/ and then the 'How can I keep track of my referrals' which will show a link to 'Current referrals' !! Much easier to just save the link , then login to the member centre and use the link directly
