topic BBEU service id? in My Account/Billing

BBEU service id?

I switched to no landline but now cannot the diagnostic tests as I don't have a service id or bbeu needed to run additional tests. Is there a plusnet assistant that could send mine to me like I have seen done in some other posts please? Thanks emma
