&lt;P&gt;PM now sent. &amp;nbsp;When I tried earlier the option to reply to a PM was not shown - possibly because I have made very few posts to the community - but option has now appeared.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>'You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress'&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I know that this is not an uncommon problem but it's one I haven't encountered before.  I don't have a phone order in progress but have been getting this message for a few days since I looked at options for upgrading my broadband.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It's getting frustrating now...</description>

I have a feeling first line customer support will not be very helpful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
