hi, I have just renewed online and still get nervous doing things like that. Will I get a renewal e mail setting out the renewal and start date? tbh I didn't change anything, I opted for what i have now, but am worried something went wrong! which is why I hope to get a confirmation e mail. Perhaps someone from PN could let me know?

You should get an email but if you log into your account you should see that there's a new ticket been raised with the same details.

hi baldrick1, thanks for reply. I checked e mail and no confirmation has arrived, so I logged in to my account - where should I see if a new ticket is raised?
