Broadband bill suddenly has an increase on it????

My broadband payment is £27.44 this has been consistent until the bill i was due to pay today...which has risen to 33.34. ????

I didn't owe anything on it and had no notice of an increase...can someone sort this Please?

Have you checked the breakdown of charges on page 2? When does your contract finish?

As @jab1 says , check the breakdown

Three ( there may be more! ) possibilities spring to mind

1) Minimum contract period and discount has come to an end

2) You're on a PAYG phone plan and have made chargeable calls

3) The PN billing system has messed up ( Not unknown🙄 )
