    <description>My wifi has been playing up all night, I have restarted my router so many time, deleted &amp;amp; re entered the Wi-Fi password, but every time I try to connect to Wi-Fi it loads onto plusnet site with a message saying “the account has no invoice in failed billing” ? My account is up to date with payments.
