&lt;P&gt;There are a couple of call features stuck in a pending activation status, so I've placed an order to activate these. Once that's completed within the next 24 to 48 hours, the error message should disappear.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let me know if there are any further issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m trying to manage my account online but get an error message which says I can’t access my account while an order is going through. &amp;nbsp;There isn’t an order going through. &amp;nbsp;I’ve called twice about this but it’s still unresolved. &amp;nbsp;My contract will be ending in January and this isn’t helping with looking at new deals.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
