Billing and speed package queries

At beginning of Oct. I applied to switch from BT to Plusnet and on 12th Oct I paid my first £24.99.

I received a letter stating I was on Fibre 36 and I believe my speeds were estimated up to 29mg which I was always told by BT that was all my line would take.The switch went without a hitch and I am happily up and running.

I have now received a bill for £2.49 from Plusnet.I realise its not a huge amount but there is no explanation of what its for and if its a one off or a regular thing?

The other query is my Broadband package.Its now described on My Accounts page as Fibre 50 with estimated speed of 40mg.

I would be over the moon if I can achieve these speeds after being informed my line could not handle it.

Could you please clear up these queries ?
