    <description>&lt;P&gt;My contract finished with Plusnet on 29 September. It was switched over to Vodafone&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My last bill should have been up until 29 Sept, but I was billed until the 2nd October and charged an extra £3. I couldnt be bothered to argue with Plustnet over that.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Now I've been billed again for the month of October for&amp;nbsp;£19.46 .&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My broadband is paid for in advance and I dont use the phone. What makes it worse is I cannot see the bill because I'm unable to log into my account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To confirm, you should be able to login. I left PlusNet over a month ago and I can still log in to see bills. I've just this second tried it (using the Edge browser) and can see my bills - the last one was a pro-rata refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Bills run in a cycle, just cos you moved on Friday it takes time to calculate your final bill and stop your regular bills - up to 28 days I think.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So give the process time to work and don’t cancel your DD until after the final bill has returned any excess funds due to you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So, after acknowledging they forgot to close my account, and confirming such in several emails. AND advising me to cancel any DD.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My next bill will be ready for 25 October.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Seriously, is it that difficult?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
