    <description>&lt;P&gt;For the past two months now, every time I log on to my Plusnet broadband account, I get an error message saying I cannot change my product because I have a product change in progress.&amp;nbsp; I have not requested a product change, but my contract did run out almost a month ago.&amp;nbsp; I would have expected to be able to change things now, but the error message is still present.&amp;nbsp; Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
