&lt;P&gt;Please let me know if there's still any issues at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Hi, having the same issue as others, if I try to look at any products it says I can’t due to already having a change in progress which I don’t have.</description>

&lt;P&gt;You will need a staff member to sort this - the (supposedly) automatic method of clearing this message on completion of account changes is totally broken - or it could be BT's B2B system at fault.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Whichever it is, it needs sorting, but don't hold your breath.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
