&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Posting this on behalf of a relative, for whom I'm an Authorised User.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Whilst trying to debug an issue with their BT handsets, which support Call Guardian (CG), I noticed that Caller Display wasn't working, meaning that ALL calls were being passed to CG, and that nothing was getting through, even when the caller was in the phone's address book.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I confirmed this by disabling CG on the handsets, and ringing the landline number from my mobile - again, Caller Display didn't appear to work, and my number came up as "withheld".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To try and "tickle" things into life, in the best IT Crowd tradition, I sought to turn it off and on again, specifically by disabling&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;the "&lt;SPAN class="u-emphasis"&gt;Caller Display" call feature, via&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.plus.net/member-centre/phone" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.plus.net/member-centre/phone&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="u-emphasis"&gt;That was at least two weeks back, and yet "Call features" still shows : -&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Additional advanced call features you've added: &lt;SPAN class="u-emphasis"&gt;Caller Display (Awaiting removal), Voicemail (Awaiting activation)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="u-emphasis"&gt;with the banner: -&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
