    <description>&lt;P&gt;Still seething from my phone call last Sunday 30.07.2023 when I was told that by not having any reply it was considered that my email was unimportant by a very abrupt Plusnet operative.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wasn't even asked my account username or the obligatory security questions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know I failed to activate my £75.00 reward card in time (we all make mistakes). But a question was opened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been in touch with Purecard (as advised by yourselves) and they've said its up to you (Plusnet) to send a new card if you wish to still reward a loyal customer. &lt;SPAN&gt;Purecard understand&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;the reward on the card is valid until 02/24. So where does this money go?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's amazing that when you call to discuss a contract renewal then you get the politest of responses.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
