Limited Upgrade Options

Have just a few months left on my broadband contract so was having a look at the Upgrade options (plus always good to keep an eye out for deals.

I'm currently on "Unlimited Fibre Extra" i.e. FTTC

When looking at Fibre upgrade options when logged in - I am only seeing : Full Fibre 300

What happened to all the other options .... ? i.e, 75, 145, 500, 900
These show up if I check options available on my street.

I guess 75 wouldn't be an upgrade, but 145 would be.

Is this a standard thing - Plusnet only shows 1 upgrade option ?

Give the PlusNet Customer Options Team a phone on 0800 013 2632

They'll be able to tell you what's available.

Interestingly - they sometimes show, sometimes don't.
Have put an order in to upgrade to Full Fibre 145
