Incorrect bill for July 2023 - account number 00005276112

I've just received my most recent invoice - 00005276112-030 - and, as far as I can tell, I've been incorrectly charged.

It's not 100% sure what's going on, but it looks like the refund ( Incorrect charging - Broadband Subscription Pricing ) that was issued on July 13th ( two discrete amounts ) was then reversed on July 17.

Therefore, it looks like the refund, that was a correction to June 2023's invoice, has been reversed in July's invoice 😞
