      <title>Refund Following Cancelation</title>

      <description>I paid first months broadband and an installation charge of around £75, the first engineer to arrive was not able to complete the installation for a reason I did not understand, the second was also not able to complete the installation for whatever reason.&lt;BR /&gt;A third appointment was made, the engineer did not show, shortly after I received an automatic cancellation and was told I am due credit of around £27 which will be taken off my next bill.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Obviously I will not have a next bill as I still have nothing to do with Plusnet.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So I am in need of my full amount that I have paid back, seeing as nothing has been installed and I have had my order cancelled.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Or am I not entitled to this money back?</description>
