Cancelled BB and mobile

So I left Plusnet in may and went to sky. I paid an early termination last month which was part of my last bill, but today I have got another bill for payment to be made next week. What's going on? Do Plusnet not cancel accounts? I also keep getting emails about Plusnet mobile for payment, which was cancelled November last year

@ctarry86 The sensible suggestion here is to ring Plusnet - Help Team support is patchy, to say the least, and fellow Community members have no access to your account details.
