      <description>Hi all,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am at the end of my tether. I have done nothing wrong, however Plusnet have made a series of errors and I am now being chased by a debt collection agency. I don't even have an account I can log in to anymore.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For someone who is very careful with money, this is very stressful. I've been assured repeatedly that the issue would be taken care of, until the last time I phoned when the agent clearly had no idea what to do. I asked for a manager call back. They tried once and I missed the call, and I'm now getting messages saying that my complaint will be closed. I can't keep it open because I don't have an account to log into!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas how I can resolve this mess that Plusnet have created? Just cannot believe that I'm being chased by debt collectors. I owe Plusnet no money and have done nothing wrong at all.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for any suggestions.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
